What happens during my consultation?
Your consultation is a 20-minute telehealth appointment with an AHPRA-registered medical practitioner. It's conducted entirely online, at the time you pre-book — no travel required.
What's covered in the consultation:
- A review of your blood test results and what they indicate
- A discussion of your health history, goals, and any symptoms you've noted
- Clinical recommendations for next steps, including whether treatment is appropriate
- An opportunity to ask questions about your results or proposed care plan
What happens after the consultation?
Following your appointment, you'll receive a personalised care plan through your patient portal. Where clinically appropriate, this may include:
- Prescribed medication (dispensed by a licensed Australian pharmacy and delivered to you)
- Supplements
- Lifestyle and health guidance
Not all consultations result in a prescription. Your practitioner will only recommend treatment where it is clinically appropriate based on your results.
Is my consultation confidential?
Yes. All consultations and health data are handled securely and in accordance with Australian privacy legislation.
How do I book my consultation?
Once your results are ready, you'll receive a notification through your patient portal with a link to book your consultation at a time that suits you.
