What happens after I sign up?

Once you've created your account and purchased a program, here's what to expect:

1. Instant pathology referral — You'll receive your referral immediately after purchase, via your patient portal.
2. Book your blood test — Use your referral to book at any of our 4,000+ partner collection centres. Choose a time and location that suits you.
3. Complete your test — Attend your appointment. Most blood draws take less than 10 minutes.
4. Results notification — You'll be notified through your portal when your results are ready (typically within 2–10 business days).
5. Book your consultation — Schedule your telehealth appointment with an AHPRA-registered medical practitioner.
6. Receive your care plan — Following your consultation, your personalised care plan will appear in your patient portal.
