How do I manage my prescriptions and medication orders?

If your practitioner has prescribed medication as part of your care plan, you can manage your prescriptions and track orders through your patient portal.

In your portal you can:

• View active prescriptions
• Request repeats (where applicable)
• Track the status of medication orders
• View your prescription history

Medications are dispensed by licensed Australian pharmacies and delivered to your nominated address.
