Can I cancel my account?

If you'd like to close your Get Limitless account, please contact our support team directly at support@getlimitless.health.

Before cancelling, please note:

• Any active programs or pending consultations should be completed or cancelled first
• Your health data and records will be retained in accordance with Australian medical record keeping requirements, even after account closure
• Refund eligibility for unused program fees is subject to our refund policy

Our team will guide you through the process and confirm once your account has been closed.
