How do I book or reschedule a consultation?

To book a consultation: Once your blood test results are ready, you'll receive a notification in your patient portal. Follow the prompt to book your telehealth appointment at a time that suits you.

To reschedule:

1. Log in at patient.getlimitless.health/sign-in
2. Navigate to Consultations
3. Select your upcoming appointment and choose Reschedule
4. Pick a new available time

Please note: We ask that you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment where possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule at short notice, contact support@getlimitless.health.
